How does a brine type block ice machine work?

When the compressor unit (11) starts, refrigerant enters the coil evaporator (08) and begins evaporating.Brine water in the brine tank (09) circulates throughthe coil evaporator (08) driven by the agitator (05).
As the brine water cools, it contacts the outer surface of ice cans (06), absorbing heat from the water within the cans.Consequently, the water in the ice cans freezes until it reaches the freezing point.The cooled brine water is circulated back to the coil evaporator by the agitator, forming a continuous brine water cycle.In due course, all the water in the ice cans solidifies into block ice.The crane (07) moves along the guiding rail (10) to lower a row of ice cans (06)into the thaw tank (04). Normal temperature water in the thaw tank melts the outer surface of the ice cans, facilitating ice separation.
The compressor unit (11) controls brine tank temperature via the electronic control box (12). It activates when the temperature rises and deactivates upon reaching the set temperature.
