Configuration List and Technical Data

Fresh Water Flake Ice Machine Features:

1. Experience higher refrigeration efficiency and reduced loss of refrigeration capacity, designed to maximize performance.

2. Our automatic saltwater flake ice machine incorporates the latest vertical evaporator with an inner helix ice cutter. During the ice-making process, a water distribution device evenly sprays water on the internal surface of the ice maker, allowing it to freeze rapidly. Once the ice has formed, the helix ice cutter descends to slice the ice, making full use of the evaporator and significantly increasing ice-making efficiency.

3. The machine produces high-quality, dry, non-caked flake ice with a thickness ranging from 1 mm to 2 mm. The irregularly shaped flake ice boasts excellent mobility, making it ideal for various applications.

4. Featuring a simple structure and minimal land area requirements, our ice machines come in a variety of configurations, including freshwater type, seawater type, fixed cold source type, customer-supplied cold source type, and ice flat machines with cold rooms. Customers can select the appropriate machine based on site conditions and water quality. Compared to traditional ice-making machines, our models offer a smaller footprint and lower operational costs.
