Fresh Water Flake Ice Machine: Outstanding Features
1. Experience superior refrigeration efficiency and minimal loss of refrigeration capacity with our advanced flake ice machines.
2. Our automatic saltwater flake ice machine features a state-of-the-art vertical evaporator with an inner helix ice cutter. During the ice-making process, the water distribution device evenly sprays water on the internal surface of the ice maker, freezing it quickly. Once the ice forms, the helix ice cutter descends to cut the ice, maximizing evaporator usage and enhancing ice-making efficiency.
3. High-quality ice that's dry and non-caked. The flake ice produced by our automatic machines with vertical evaporators measures approximately 1-2 mm thick. The irregularly shaped flake ice maintains excellent mobility.
4. Our machines feature a simple structure and occupy minimal space. Available in various types, including freshwater, seawater, and customizable cold source options, they cater to different site and water quality requirements. Compared to traditional ice-making machines, ours offer the advantages of reduced land area and low operational costs.
Installation
User Installation: We fully test and install the machine before shipment. We provide all necessary spare parts, an operation manual, and a CD to guide your installation process.
All equipment is mounted on a single steel frame, excluding the cooling tower, which simplifies on-site installation. The machines can be operational immediately once connected to water and electricity sources. The condenser's cooling method can be customized to fit your needs.
