Supply Scope:
1. Brand new diesel engine (already mounted on the genset base)
2. Brand new alternator (already mounted on the genset base)
Ratings: 220/380V-adjustable, 3P4W, 50Hz, 1500Rpm, 0.8PF, IP23, H insulation class
3. Radiator with engine driven fan (already mounted on the genset base)
4. Auto start control panel (already mounted on the genset base)
5. MCCB mounted (already mounted on the genset base)
6.12/24V DC Electric start system with lead-acid type starting batteries
7. Anti-vibration mountings (already mounted on the genset base)
8. With fuel tank for 6-8 hours running.
9. Industrial silencers with flexible connects and elbow (already mounted on the genset base)
10. Test report of generator, Set of drawings and O&M manuals
11. A set of digital automation controllers
12. A high acoustic canopy (for silent type only)

Terms:
Global Warranty: 12 months after installation or 1000hrs running, depend on which come to earlier.
Delivery / Manufuacuring time: 1-4 weeks after receiving down payment
Quality Standards:
Our diesel generating sets meet the following standards: GJB1488, GB/T2820, GB1105, GB/T12786-91, ISO8525, ISO8525-3-5-6. ISO8528
Gensets Factory Testing:
Each our generating sets must get through 1 hour load test for running 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% and 110% load before dispatch, all protective devices, control functions are simulated and it's system checked, proved and then passed for dispatch. A test certificate can be provided upon request.
