Fresh Water Flake Ice Machine Features:
1. Higher refrigeration efficiency and minimal loss of cooling capacity.
2. Our automatic saltwater flake ice machine employs the latest vertical evaporator with an inner helix ice cutter. During ice production, the water distribution device ensures even spraying on the internal surface, freezing rapidly. Once the ice is formed, the helix ice cutter descends to cut the ice, maximizing evaporator usage and enhancing ice-making efficiency.
3. Produces high-quality, dry, non-caked flake ice. The automatic flake ice machine with a vertical evaporator generates ice flakes approximately 1 mm to 2 mm thick, known for their irregular shape and excellent mobility.
4. Simple structure and compact design. This series includes various models such as freshwater, seawater, fixed cold source, customer-supplied cold source, and integrated cold room options. Customers can select the appropriate machine based on their site and water quality needs. These machines require less space and have lower operational costs compared to traditional ice makers.
Installation
User installation: We pre-test and install the machine before shipment. All necessary spare parts, an operation manual, and a CD will be provided to guide the installation process.
All equipment is pre-installed on a single steel frame, excluding the cooling tower. This design makes on-site installation convenient, enabling immediate operation upon connecting to water and electricity sources. The condenser's cooling method can also be customized.
