Fresh Water Flake Ice Machine Features:
1. Enjoy higher refrigeration efficiency and minimized loss of refrigeration capacity with our advanced technology.
2. The automatic saltwater flake ice machine features the latest vertical evaporator with an inner helix ice cutter. During the ice-making process, a water distribution device evenly sprays water on the internal surface of the ice maker, allowing it to freeze quickly. Once the ice forms, the helix ice cutter descends to cut the ice efficiently, maximizing the evaporator's usage and boosting ice production efficiency.
3. The high-quality flake ice produced is dry, non-caked, and ranges from 1 mm to 2 mm in thickness. This irregular flake ice ensures excellent mobility and versatility for various applications.
4. Boasting a simple structure and compact design, this series offers fresh water, seawater, fixed cold source, customer-equipped cold source, and cold room-equipped ice flat machines. These options allow customers to choose the perfect machine based on site requirements and water quality. Compared to traditional ice-making machines, our models offer space-saving and cost-effective operations.
Installation
User Installation: We rigorously test and pre-install the machine before shipment, providing all necessary spare parts, an operation manual, and a CD to guide the installation process.
For added convenience, all equipment is mounted on a single steel frame, excluding the cooling tower. This allows for swift on-site installation and immediate use upon connection to water and electricity. The condenser's cooling method can be tailored to your needs.
