Our trailer chassis is primarily designed for transporting mobile equipment and facilities, transforming them into specialized trailers suited for pumping stations, power plants, communications, fuel, maintenance, and more. These trailers are also ideal for general cargo and transporting weapons equipment. Available in uniaxial, biaxial, and other configurations, they feature either an inertia brake or a pneumatic brake system. With a loading capacity ranging from 600kg to 10,000kg, we offer custom-designed trailers to meet our customers' specific requirements.
Control Panel (Comap, DeepSea, Smartgen, and Harsen)-Smartgen is selected as the standard supply.
Options: Breaker, Trailer (2 or 4 wheels), ATS (Wall-mounted Type and Stand Type), Paralleling System.
1. Supply Scope: Brand-new engine equipped with a starter motor.
2. A brand-new brushless alternator featuring a single bearing, flange connection, IP23 protection, H insulation class, and an Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR).
3. Heavy-duty steel channel base frame.
4. Industrial-grade heavy-duty silencer with a flexible bellow.
5. Vibration damping supports between the engine/alternator and the base frame.
6. Radiator equipped with a safety guard.
7. Automatic start control panel, featuring the Smartgen brand HGM6110 model as the standard supply.
8. High-capacity lead-acid battery with battery cables.
9. A 3-pole output circuit breaker.
10. For units below 500KW, a skid-mounted bottom fuel tank offers 8 hours of full-load operation as standard. For units above 500KW, a storage fuel tank is available at additional cost.
11. Standard toolkits and comprehensive operation/maintenance manuals for the engine, alternator, control panel, etc.
12. Optional Supplies: A) Remote start / Auto mains failure (AMF) / ATS (automatic transfer switch) control panel, B) Soundproof/Weatherproof canopy, C) Mobile trailer, D) Auto load sharing and synchronizing panel.
13. Movable/trailer diesel generator.
Commercial Conditions:
