How does a brine type block ice machine work?

As depicted, when the compressor unit (11) starts, refrigerant flows into the coil evaporator (08) and begins evaporating.Brine water in the brine tank (09) circulates via the agitator (05), thenpasses through the coil evaporator (08).
As the water temperature drops, it contacts the outer surface of the ice cans (06) and absorbs heat from the water within.Consequently, all the water in the ice cans freezes until reaching the freezing -heat exchange, water is recirculated by the agitator to the coil evaporator for further cooling, creating a continuous brine water circulation.Over time, all the water in the ice cans transforms into block ice.The crane (07) moves along the guiding rail (10) to hoist a row of ice cans (06)into the ice thaw tank (04). Warm water in the thaw tank melts the external surface of the ice cans, allowing the ice to separate.
The compressor unit (11) regulates brine tank temperature via the electronic control box (12). It activates when temperature rises and deactivates upon reaching the set point.
