Terms of Service:
Global Warranty: 12 months post-installation or 1000 operational hours, whichever comes first.
Delivery Time: Manufacturing and delivery within 1-4 weeks after receipt of down payment.

Factory Testing for Gensets:
Each generator undergoes a rigorous 1-hour load test, running at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, and 110% load before dispatch. All protective devices and control functions are thoroughly simulated and verified. A test certificate is available upon request.
