Configuration List and Technical Data

Fresh Water Flake Ice Machine Features:

1. Higher refrigeration efficiency and significantly reduced refrigeration capacity loss.

2. Our automatic saltwater flake ice machine features the latest vertical evaporator with an inner helix ice cutter. During ice production, the water distribution device sprays water evenly on the internal surface of the ice maker, freezing it rapidly. Once the ice is formed, the helix ice cutter descends to cut the ice, maximizing the evaporator's utility and enhancing ice production efficiency.

3. Produces high-quality, dry, and non-caked ice. The automatic flake ice machine with a vertical evaporator produces ice flakes about 1 mm to 2 mm thick, characterized by their irregular shape and excellent mobility.

4. Featuring a simple structure that requires minimal space, our series includes various models: fresh water type, seawater type, fixed cold source type, customer-equipped cold source, and models with integrated cold rooms. Customers can select machines based on site conditions and water quality. Compared to traditional ice makers, our machines offer advantages like compactness and low operational costs.
