Fresh Water Flake Ice Machine Features:

1. Enhanced refrigeration efficiency coupled with minimal refrigeration capacity loss.

2. Our automatic saltwater flake ice machine incorporates the latest vertical evaporator with an inner helix ice cutter. During ice production, the water distribution device evenly sprays water on the internal surface of the ice maker, freezing it rapidly. Once the ice forms, the helix ice cutter descends to cut the ice, maximizing the evaporator's utilization and boosting ice-making efficiency.

3. Superior quality, dry, and non-caked ice. The automatic ice flake making machine with a vertical evaporator produces flake ice with a thickness ranging from 1 mm to 2 mm. This irregularly shaped flake ice ensures excellent mobility.

4. Simple structure with a small footprint. This ice flake machine series offers various types, including freshwater, seawater, fixed cold source, customer-equipped cold source, and machines with cold rooms. Customers can select the ideal machine based on location and water quality. Compared to traditional ice makers, it boasts a compact design and low operational costs.

User installation: We pre-test and install the machine before shipment, providing all necessary spare parts, an operation manual, and a CD to guide the installation process.

All equipment, except the cooling tower, is mounted on a single steel frame for easy on-site installation. Once connected to water and electricity, the machine is ready for immediate use. The condenser cooling method can be customized.
