How does a brine type block ice machine work?

As shown, when the compressor unit (11) begins operation, refrigerant enters the coil evaporator (08) and starts evaporating. Brine water in the brine tank (09) is circulated by agitator (05), then flowsthrough the coil evaporator (08).
After the water temperature decreases, it contacts the outer surface of the ice cans (06) and absorbs heat from the water within the cans.This process continues until all the water in the ice cans freezes.The water, after exchanging heat, is circulated back to the coil evaporator to cool down again, forming a continuous brine water circulation.Over a certain period, all the water in the ice cans will solidify into block ice.The crane (07) will move along the guiding rail (10) to hoist a row of ice cans (06)into the ice thaw tank (04). The normal temperature water in the thaw tank will melt the outer surface of the ice cans, allowing the ice to separate from the cans.
The compressor unit (11) regulates the brine tank temperature via the electronic control box (12). The unit activates when temperature rises and deactivates upon reaching the set temperature.
