Fresh Water Flake Ice Machine Features:

1. Experience superior refrigeration efficiency with minimal loss of refrigeration capacity.

2. Our automatic salt water flake ice machine features the latest vertical evaporator equipped with an inner helix ice cutter. During the ice-making process, water is evenly sprayed onto the internal surface of the ice maker and freezes quickly. Upon ice formation, the helix ice cutter seamlessly drops down to cut the ice, maximizing evaporator utilization and boosting ice-making efficiency.

3. Produce high-quality, dry, and non-caked ice. The automatic ice flake machine with a vertical evaporator generates irregular flake ice about 1 mm to 2 mm thick, ensuring excellent mobility.

4. Benefit from a simple structure and minimal land usage. Available in various models including fresh water, seawater, fixed cold source, customizable cold source, and integrated cold room options. Suitable for different sites and water qualities, this series takes up less space and offers lower operational costs compared to traditional ice-making machines.

Installation

User Installation: Each machine is tested and installed prior to shipment. We provide all necessary spare parts, an operation manual, and a CD to guide the installation process.

All equipment is pre-installed on a single steel frame (excluding the cooling tower) for easy on-site installation. Simply connect to water and electricity to start operations. The condenser cooling method can be customized.
