Fresh Water Flake Ice Machine Features:

1. Experience higher refrigeration efficiency with minimal loss, ensuring consistent ice production.

2. Our advanced automatic saltwater flake ice machine boasts the latest vertical evaporator with an inner helix ice cutter. During ice production, a water distribution device evenly sprays water on the evaporator's internal surface, freezing it swiftly. Once the ice forms, the helix cutter descends to slice the ice, maximizing the evaporator's use and enhancing ice-making efficiency.

3. Producing high-quality, dry, and non-caked flake ice, our machine delivers ice flakes approximately 1 to 2 mm thick. These irregularly shaped ice flakes offer excellent mobility and utility.

4. Boasting a simple structure and minimal land requirement, our series includes fresh water, seawater, and customized cold source types. Whether fixed or equipped by the customer, these machines offer flexibility and cost-effective operation, making them superior to traditional ice-making options.

User Installation: The machine undergoes thorough testing and pre-installation before shipment. We provide all essential spare parts, a detailed operation manual, and an instructional CD to facilitate the installation process.

All equipment is pre-mounted on a single steel frame, excluding the cooling tower. This design simplifies onsite installation, allowing immediate use post water and electricity connection. The condenser's cooling method can also be customized to meet specific requirements.
