Fresh Water Flake Ice Machine Key Features:

1. Achieve superior refrigeration efficiency with minimized loss of cooling capacity.

2. Our automatic saltwater flake ice machine features the latest vertical evaporator with an internal helix ice cutter. During the ice-making process, the water distribution device evenly sprays water on the internal surface of the ice maker, freezing it rapidly. Once the ice forms, the helix ice cutter drops and cuts the ice, maximizing evaporator utilization and enhancing ice-making efficiency.

3. High-quality, dry, and non-caked flake ice. The ice produced has a thickness ranging from 1 mm to 2 mm, offering irregular flake shapes with excellent mobility.

4. Simple structure with a small footprint. This series includes various models such as fresh water type, seawater type, fixed cold source type, customizable cold source, and cold room-equipped machines. Customers can choose the ideal machine based on site and water quality. Compared to traditional machines, our design requires less space and reduces operational costs.
