Understanding the Brine Type Block Ice Machine: Operational Insights

Working Principle of Brine System Block Ice Machine:
When the compressor unit (11) is activated, refrigerant flows into the coil evaporator (08) and begins evaporating.Brine water in the brine tank (09) is circulated by the agitator (05),passing through the coil evaporator (08).
As the water temperature drops, it contacts the outer surface of the ice cans (06), absorbing heat from the water inside the cans.This process continues until all the water in the ice cans reaches the freezing point.The cooled brine water, facilitated by the agitator, recirculates through the coil evaporator, forming a consistent brine water cycle.Over time, the water in the ice cans turns into solid block ice.The crane (07) then moves along guiding rails (10) to hoist a row of ice cans (06)into the ice thaw tank (04). Warm water in the thaw tank melts the outer surface of the ice can, allowing the ice to separate easily.
The electronic control box (12) manages the brine tank's temperature by regulating the compressor unit (11). The compressor activates when the temperature rises and deactivates upon reaching the set temperature.
