How does a brine type block ice machine work?

When the compressor unit (11) starts, refrigerant enters coil evaporator (08) and begins evaporating. Brine water in the brine tank (09) is circulated by the agitator (05), then flowsthrough the coil evaporator (08).
As the water temperature drops, it contacts the outer surface of the ice cans (06) and absorbs the heat from the water inside the ice cans.Thus, all the water in the ice cans freezes until it reaches the freezing point.The heated brine water is then cycled back by the agitator to the coil evaporator for cooling, forming a continuous brine water circulation.In a set amount of time, all the water in the ice cans turns into block ice.The crane (07) moves along the guiding rail (10) and hoists a row of ice cans (06)down into the ice thaw tank (04). Normal temperature water in the thaw tank melts the outer surface of the ice, separating it from the cans.
The compressor unit (11) regulates the brine tank temperature via an electronic control box (12). When the temperature rises, the compressor starts; when it reaches the set point, the compressor stops.
