Fresh Water Flake Ice Machine Features:

1. Superior refrigeration efficiency with minimal loss of cooling capacity.

2. Our automatic saltwater flake ice machine employs the latest vertical evaporator with an inner helix ice cutter. During ice production, the water distribution device evenly sprays water on the internal surface for rapid freezing. Once the ice forms, the helix cutter descends to cut the ice, maximizing evaporator utilization and boosting ice-making efficiency.

3. Produces high-quality, dry, and non-caked ice. The machine generates flake ice with a thickness of 1mm to 2mm, featuring an irregular shape and excellent mobility.

4. Simple structure with minimal land requirement. The series includes various types such as freshwater, seawater, fixed cold source, and customizable options. Customers can select the right machine based on site conditions and water quality. Compared to traditional machines, our design offers space efficiency and lower operational costs.
