Fresh Water Flake Ice Machine Features:

1. Enhanced refrigeration efficiency coupled with minimal refrigeration capacity loss.

2. Our automatic saltwater flake ice machine utilizes the latest vertical evaporator with an inner helix ice cutter. During the ice-making process, the water distribution device sprays water evenly on the internal surface of the ice maker, allowing it to freeze rapidly. Once the ice is formed, the helix ice cutter descends to cut the ice. This method maximizes the use of the evaporator, significantly boosting ice-making efficiency.

3. Produces high-quality, dry, and non-caked flake ice. The ice thickness ranges between 1 mm to 2 mm, and its irregular shape ensures excellent mobility.

4. Simple structure with a minimal footprint. Our ice flake machines are available in various types including fresh water, seawater, fixed cold source, or custom cold source configurations with or without a built-in cold room. Customers can select the ideal machine based on their site and water quality requirements. Compared to traditional ice-making machines, our models offer the advantages of a smaller footprint and lower operational costs.
