Fresh Water Flake Ice Machine Features:
1. Superior refrigeration efficiency and minimal loss of cooling capacity.
2. Our automatic saltwater flake ice machine incorporates the latest vertical evaporator with an internal helix ice cutter. The water distribution system ensures even spraying on the internal surface, allowing rapid freezing. Once ice forms, the helix ice cutter descends to slice the ice efficiently, maximizing evaporator use and enhancing ice production efficiency.
3. High-quality, dry, and non-caking ice. The flake ice produced is approximately 1-2 mm thick, irregularly shaped, and offers excellent mobility.
4. Simple structure and compact footprint. Our ice flake machine series includes various models: freshwater, seawater, fixed cold source, customizable cold source, and integrated cold room options. Customers can select machines based on site constraints and water quality. Compared to traditional machines, ours require less space and offer lower operational costs.
Installation
User Installation: We pre-test and pre-install the machine before shipment. All necessary spare parts, operation manuals, and instructional CDs are provided to facilitate installation.
All equipment, except the cooling tower, is mounted on a single steel frame, making on-site installation simple and quick. The system can be operational immediately upon connection to water and electrical sources. The condenser's cooling method is customizable.
