How does a brine type block ice machine work?

When the compressor unit (11) initiates, refrigerant enters the coil evaporator (08) and begins to evaporate. Brine water in the brine tank (09) is circulated by agitator (05), then flowsthrough the coil evaporator (08).
As the water temperature drops, it contacts the external surface of the ice cans (06) and absorbs the heat.Consequently, all the water in the ice cans freezes to the freezing point.The cooled brine water is then recirculated by the agitator back to the coil evaporator, maintaining a continuous brine water cycle.Over time, the entire water content in the ice cans solidifies into block ice.The crane (07) traverses the guiding rail (10) and immerses a row of ice cans (06) into the ice thaw tank (04). The warm water in the thaw tank melts the outer layer of ice, allowing the blocks to detach from the cans.The compressor unit (11) manages the brine tank temperature via the electronic control box (12). It activates when the temperature rises and deactivates upon reaching the preset temperature.
The compressor unit (11) can control brine tank temperature by electronic control box (12). When the temperature increases, the compressor unit starts to work; when it reaches to the set temperature, the compressor unit stops to work.
