How does a brine type block ice machine work?

When the compressor unit (11) starts, refrigerant enters the coil evaporator (08) and begins evaporating.Brine water in the brine tank (09) is circulated by the agitator (05), then flowsthrough the coil evaporator (08).
As the water temperature drops, it contacts the outer surface of ice cans (06) and absorbs the heat from the water inside the ice cans.Eventually, all the water in the ice cans will freeze until it reaches the freezing point.The water after heat exchange is circulated back to the coil evaporator by the agitator, creating a continuous brine water cycle.Over time, all the water in the ice cans will transform into solid block ice.The crane (07) moves on a guiding rail (10) and hoists a row of ice cans (06)into the ice thaw tank (04). The water in the thaw tank melts the outer layer of the ice, allowing the ice blocks to separate easily from the cans.
The compressor unit (11) regulates the brine tank temperature via an electronic control box (12). When the temperature rises, the compressor activates; once it reaches the set temperature, it stops.
