Fresh Water Flake Ice Machine Features:

2. Our automatic saltwater flake ice machine features the latest vertical evaporator with an inner helix ice cutter. During ice production, the water distribution device ensures an even spray of water across the evaporator's internal surface, freezing it swiftly. Once the ice is formed, the helix cutter descends to slice it efficiently, optimizing the evaporator usage and enhancing ice-making productivity.
3. Produce high-quality, dry, and non-caked flake ice with thickness ranging from 1 mm to 2 mm. The irregularly shaped flake ice offers excellent mobility, perfect for various applications.
4. Boasting a simple structure and compact footprint, our ice flake series includes diverse types such as freshwater, seawater, fixed cold source, customizable cold source, and integrated cold room models. Installation
User Installation: Our machines are pre-tested and installed before shipment. We provide all necessary spare parts, an operation manual, and a CD to guide you through the installation.
All equipment is pre-assembled on one steel frame, excluding the cooling tower, for seamless on-site installation. Simply connect to water and electricity sources, and the machine is ready for immediate use. The condenser cooling method can be customized to suit your preferences.
