Features of the Fresh Water Flake Ice Machine:

1. Superior refrigeration efficiency with minimal loss of cooling capacity, ensuring optimal performance.

2. Our automatic saltwater flake ice machine incorporates the latest vertical evaporator with an inner helix ice cutter. During the ice-making process, water is evenly sprayed onto the internal surface of the ice maker, freezing quickly. Once ice is formed, the helix ice cutter efficiently drops and cuts the ice, maximizing the evaporator's use and improving ice production efficiency.

3. Produces high-quality, dry, and non-caked flake ice with a thickness of 1mm to 2mm. This irregularly shaped flake ice offers excellent mobility and versatility.

4. Boasts a simple structure and minimal land usage. This versatile ice flake machine series includes various types such as freshwater, seawater, fixed cold source, customer-equipped cold source, and models with integrated cold rooms. Customers can select the ideal machine based on their site and water quality requirements. Compared to traditional ice-making machines, it offers the advantages of compact footprint and low operational costs.

User Installation: Before shipment, we thoroughly test and install the machine. We provide all necessary spare parts, an operation manual, and a CD to guide you through the installation process.

All equipment is pre-installed on a single steel frame, excluding the cooling tower, for convenient on-site installation. It can be operational immediately upon connecting to water and electricity sources. The condenser cooling method is customizable.
